This policy gives effect to our commitment to protect your personal information and has been adopted by all of the separate and distinct legal entities that manage, operate, or provide services to the various locations operating under or in connection with the BaseStack brand worldwide. This includes BaseStack Group Ltd, its subsidiaries, and all of the separate and distinct legal entities that own the BaseStack sites.

• The personal data of any guarantor or emergency contact (including their name and contact details).

• Student stay information, including the BaseStack location where you have stayed, dates of arrival and departure, goods and services utilized, special requests made, observations about your service preferences, and messages received. 

• Your financial details, credit card details, payment method details, and account credentials. 

• Any information necessary to fulfil special requests (e.g., health conditions requiring specific accommodation). 

• Information, feedback, or content you provide regarding marketing preferences, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, promotional offers, or to our websites or apps. 

• Information collected at a BaseStack location through closed-circuit television systems, internet systems, card access keys, and other technology systems. 

Subject to applicable laws, we may collect, use, process, and disclose portions of your personal information for purposes such as: 

• Carrying out our obligations arising from contracts entered into between you and us or our contracting partners.
• Processing credit applications, rent collection, and enabling refunds.
