Your rent is due at the start of each month and can be paid easily through our resident portal. Choose the payment method that works best — it’s designed to be quick and seamless.
Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
A 3-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay — as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
Utilities are handled as a fixed monthly cost, so no surprises. This covers essentials like electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi—keeping things simple and stress-free.
We require a minimum of three months’ notice if you plan to leave your apartment. This gives us enough time to coordinate everything smoothly and ensures a hassle-free transition.
